Senior Consultant, People Strategy & Business Transformation
Kim Jenkins Goodson is a Senior Consultant at RoomFluency with more than 15 years of experience across Corporate, Operations, and Go-to-Market functions. She partners with executives to solve complex people and business challenges, aligning talent strategy with operational reality.
Kim has a track record of building things that hold. She implemented a case management system that shifted 80% of Employee Relations cases away from HR Business Partners, improving efficiency and accountability. Data analytics, proactive training, and more consistent processes then reduced those cases by another 20%. She also led a large-scale business transformation, using performance management and culture-building initiatives to raise accountability, engagement, and profitability, work that ultimately supported the organization's divestiture to KPMG.
Executives value Kim's ability to quickly read operational workflows and pinpoint where people strategy can unlock stronger outcomes. She builds trust at every level, offers thoughtful counsel, and strengthens leadership without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.
